Clear boundaries,
before business.
These terms cover the NoTolerated website and the invited Content Launch Pack service. Checkout remains closed and product 2252 remains unavailable until NoTolerated deliberately opens sales.
1. Seller and contact details
The seller and service provider is Simon Stride trading as NoTolerated, a UK sole trader. Questions, notices and complaints can be sent to contact@notolerated.com.

2. Website status
The public website may describe the Content Launch Pack as “Founding pilots opening soon”. Unless NoTolerated supplies an invited order link and deliberately opens the product, the description is information only and is not an open invitation to place a paid order. Product 2252 remains draft, hidden, out of stock and checkout-gated during launch preparation.
3. Forming an invited service contract
A service contract forms only when NoTolerated accepts an in-scope brief and confirms the invited order. The order summary, accepted brief, these terms, the Cancellation & Refund Terms and the Privacy Policy form the contract. The customer will receive the agreed terms in an email or another form they can save. NoTolerated may decline unsafe, unlawful, misleading or out-of-scope work and will not take payment for a declined order.
4. Content Launch Pack scope
The standard service price is £79 unless an invited, verified discount is applied. The agreed service consists of one researched article, five social captions, SEO copy and one consolidated revision round. The accepted brief controls any more specific scope. No physical goods are supplied. No ranking, reach, engagement, audience, earnings, sales, platform approval or other outcome is guaranteed.
5. Brief, delivery and revision
The three-business-day delivery target begins only after NoTolerated confirms that the brief is complete and accepted. It is a target, not a guarantee. Missing information, permissions or customer delays pause the timetable. One consolidated revision round is included when requested within seven calendar days of first delivery. This commercial revision limit does not restrict statutory remedies for a service not performed with reasonable care and skill or not matching binding information in the accepted brief.
6. Customer responsibilities
The customer must provide accurate instructions and facts, respond reasonably to clarification requests, and hold the permissions needed for every supplied logo, image, recording, trademark, personal-data item or other third-party material. The customer remains responsible for reviewing factual, legal, regulatory and platform-specific claims before publication. NoTolerated may pause affected work while permissions or safety questions are unresolved.
7. Cancellation and early performance
A consumer normally has 14 days from the day after the service contract is made to cancel. Work will not begin during that period unless the customer uses the unticked checkout control to make an express early-start request and acknowledge the consequences. If the consumer cancels after requested work has begun, a proportionate amount may be payable for service supplied up to cancellation. The cancellation right ends only once the service is fully performed where the required request and acknowledgement were given. Full instructions and a model cancellation form are in the Cancellation & Refund Terms.
8. Service quality and statutory remedies
NoTolerated will perform the service with reasonable care and skill. Where the service does not conform to the contract, statutory remedies may include repeat performance or an appropriate price reduction, including a refund where applicable. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts statutory consumer rights.
9. Intellectual property and licence
The customer keeps ownership of material they supply. Once the agreed price is paid, the customer may use the final accepted deliverables for the purposes stated in the brief, subject to third-party rights and any clearly identified licence terms. NoTolerated retains its pre-existing tools, templates, methods, branding and know-how. Drafts and rejected concepts are not licensed unless expressly agreed.
10. Website use and availability
Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the site, introduce malicious material, impersonate another person, submit unlawful material or use NoTolerated content to mislead. The website may change or be unavailable. No uninterrupted availability is promised.
11. Third-party platforms, links and affiliates
TikTok, Discord, YouTube, Twitch, Kick, X, Instagram and other named services are third-party platforms whose marks belong to their owners. No endorsement, partnership or certification is implied without authoritative proof. Only verified destinations should be clickable. Discord remains unavailable until an invite is verified. No affiliate link is active; any future affiliate link must be labelled close to the link and may earn NoTolerated a commission without increasing the visitor’s price.
12. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or removes mandatory consumer rights. Subject to those protections, NoTolerated is not responsible for a customer’s publication decision, unauthorised customer material, third-party platform changes or outcomes that the service expressly does not guarantee.
13. Governing law and complaints
Please send complaints to contact@notolerated.com. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain mandatory protections and any right to bring proceedings available under applicable law.
