Privacy,
in plain language.
This notice explains how NoTolerated handles personal data when people browse the website, contact the business or place an invited service order.
1. Controller and contact details

2. Information collected
- Contact and identity information, such as name, email address and any details a person chooses to provide.
- Order and contract information, including billing details, order status, the accepted brief, fulfilment communications and the recorded early-start request.
- Customer-supplied content needed to assess and fulfil a brief, including source text, links, brand information and files.
- Payment status and transaction references. Payment-card details are handled by the selected payment provider and are not stored in ordinary website content.
- Technical and security information needed to operate and protect the site, such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, server logs and anti-abuse signals.
- Cookie or analytics information only where the live configuration and any required choice permit it.
3. Purposes and lawful bases
- Contract: to assess an invited order, provide the service, deliver files, handle revisions and support the customer.
- Legal obligation: to maintain tax, accounting, consumer-rights and transaction records.
- Legitimate interests: to secure the service, prevent abuse, respond to business enquiries and maintain proportionate operational records. NoTolerated balances those interests against people’s rights.
- Consent: where a non-essential cookie, optional marketing communication or other processing genuinely relies on consent. Consent can be withdrawn through the route used to give it or by contacting NoTolerated.
4. Required information
Information marked as required at an invited checkout is needed to form or perform the service contract, meet legal requirements or protect the service. If it is not provided, NoTolerated may be unable to accept or fulfil the order. The early-start checkbox is required only for the Content Launch Pack and records a consumer’s express request to begin during the cancellation period; it is not marketing consent.
5. Recipients and service providers
Limited personal data may be processed by providers used for website hosting, WordPress/WooCommerce, authenticated email, security, file delivery, accounting and the payment method deliberately enabled at launch. Providers receive only the information reasonably needed for their role. NoTolerated does not sell personal data. The final live provider inventory and each provider’s role must be read back before publication.
6. International transfers
Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data-protection law requires safeguards, NoTolerated will use an applicable adequacy regulation or appropriate contractual and organisational safeguards. Contact NoTolerated for information about the safeguard relevant to a particular provider.
7. Retention
Enquiry data is kept only while the enquiry is active and for a limited follow-up period. Working customer content is targeted for deletion within 30 days after service completion unless a longer period is agreed or needed for a dispute. Order, payment-status, consent, tax and accounting records may be retained for the period required by law and to establish or defend legal claims. Security logs are retained only for a proportionate operational period. The final live retention schedule must be reconciled before publication.
8. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, rights may include access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Where processing relies on consent, consent may be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing. To exercise a right, email contact@notolerated.com. NoTolerated may need reasonable information to verify the request and normally responds within one month.
Your right to object: you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may object at any time to processing for direct marketing.
9. Complaints
Please contact NoTolerated first so the concern can be investigated. A person may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK supervisory authority.
10. Automated decisions and children
NoTolerated does not use the public site or invited order flow to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. The service is not directed to children under 13, and an order may be refused where a person cannot lawfully enter the contract.
11. Security and changes
NoTolerated uses proportionate access, authentication, update and backup controls, but no internet service can promise absolute security. This notice will show an effective date when approved. Material changes will be reflected before the affected processing begins.
